Wiggle Consulting was born from over a decade of dedication to building stronger communities and more effective nonprofit organizations in New York City. Our team brings 17+ years of collective, on-the-ground experience—not just in theory, but in the trenches of daily nonprofit operations and strategic leadership.

Our journey began at the grassroots, from community center volunteering and working with the largest immigration nonprofit organization in New York, to successfully directing a community-based organization. Most recently, we spent six years leading a nonprofit in the South Bronx, building and managing a collaborative network of 70+ organizations alongside city-wide agencies.

We understand the unique challenges within the nonprofit sector because we’ve lived them.
